Perfect family stay to visit Dolomite in the area Pros: + Location is close to supermarket/shops and lifts in the area (10-15 minutes driving time) + Available options for family in free time (pool, baby/small children playing room, games room for adults) + You can use provided trolley to bring your luggages/stuff until your room (accessible via lifts) + Receptionist ladies are very nice and helpful + Guest card is very useful to use lifts in the area and even free entrance to some museums or castles (we used it during rainy weather) + The restaurant has great food and wine. The lady there was also nice that we could order our favorite italian dishes eventhough it was not on the menu Cons: - Since it’s not a “non smoking” accommodation, we had 1-2 days cigarette smelly bathroom because of our neighbors who might smoking in their room - The opening hours of the pool is not convenient (only 14:30-20:30) and swimming cape is mandatory (though it’s not really disturbing for us, we could buy it in the receptionist with small amount of money)

Very good Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Swimming pool. Restaurant on ground floor. Cons: Small room, especially the kitchen.

Would definitely return. I had a great stay Pros: The apartments were clean and very comfortable. The balcony had lovely views. The staff were lovely, giving me tips on where to hike and what to do.

Great location for families and friends Pros: The accommodation offered everything you'd need for a family stay in the mountains. I really liked that we had the opportunity to recycle and compost as we would at home. Cons: Very early check out times. Tighten up on evacuation procedures - it was unclear who was in charge, or if anyone was, after a smoker set off the fire alarm.

Great stay, super friendly staff! Pros: Fantastic location! Close to the ski stations and easy access to the surroundings cities. The city is super cute and full of stores and activities. The staff was formidable and friendly!
