Pleasant Pros: location ad breakfast spread was really good, staff was helpful as well Cons: amenities in room were meagre. We expected there to be atleast a coffee maker and kettle in the room.

Piacevole Pros: La posizione e la colazione erano davvero buone, anche il personale era disponibile Cons: I servizi in camera erano scarsi. Ci aspettavamo almeno una macchina per il caffè e un bollitore.

Bella posizione, personale cordiale ma colazione noiosa. Pros: La posizione è perfetta, nel centro del paese, vicino a ristoranti e spiaggia. L'hotel è molto pulito e il personale è molto gentile. I letti sono comodi e la camera è spaziosa, con una bella vista sul giardino! Cons: La sauna è molto piccola e il sistema di prenotazione dell'area sauna non funziona. La colazione non era invitante ed era molto semplice. Il parcheggio è un piccolo problema nelle ore di punta e il parcheggio dell'hotel è complicato da usare. Se siete fortunati e trovate un posto per strada, è meglio!

Nice location, friendly staff but boring breakfast. Pros: The location is perfect, in the middle of the village and nearby restaurants and beach. Hotel is very clean and staff is mostly nice. Beds are comfortable and room is spacious and nice wiew for the garden! Cons: Sauna is very small, and the system on booking the sauna-area doesn't work. Breakfast wasn't tempting and it was very simple. Parking is a little problem if you are on peak time and hotel's parking hall is complicated to use. If you are lucky to find a place on the streets, it's better!

Amazing, we will be back! Pros: The hotel was exceptional. Perfect location in the centre of Riva del Garda, close to all the shops and restaurants and the ferry port if you are visiting other part of the lake. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very modern, clean and amazing facilities. The highlights are definitely the rooftop pool and also the seating garden area at the front, just beautiful. All staff members were extremely helpful and helped us park our car as it is a bit tight to park if you have a big car! But perfect for leaving your car for a few days and very safe. We will be back!! ☺️ Cons: Nothing - it was perfect.
