Good location, spacious room Pros: I like the location. Easy to walk to the Duomo and other shopping and restaurant areas. Comfy bedding, clean, and they provided amenities for traveller. There is a water kettle for you to make your coffee. We brought our own coffee. Tiny elevator to bring up our suitcases. Helpful staff. Cons: It's a bit of an issue with the apps. Well, the apps are actually working well, only some verification issues using my hotmail. I asked the staff to change the check-in email using gmail, and it works well after that. Oh yes, need some hooks to hang our towels in the shower room. Thank you.
