City hotel, excellent location Pros: I liked the location, the bathroom and the staff. Beautiful lighting Cons: Unpleasant and uninviting entrance, elevator with a scary but section, no lobby at all

good stay Pros: location was good, very close to the shopping area and some good pizza spots, great communication on whatsapp by mia, she was always available Cons: room was too basic but it was fine and the reception was open only for 3-4 hours in a day

Exceptional Pros: Great location, walking distance to so many tourist attractions. Easy to get to the metro or bus.

Good for 1 night with no high expectations. Safe location. Pros: Good location that felt safe with a Taxi stand right in front of the place and metro station close. Working elevator, important for the luggages. Very kind staff, especially the lady between 2 PM - 6 PM. After 6 PM no staff, but we stayed for 1 night and that was no issue for us. Was flexible with check in / check out hours, which saved the points a lot for this place. Cons: The beds are not real beds, just felt weird and uncomfortable. This is not a real 5 star hotel, more like a flat on the 4th floor inside a building. A LOT of noise from the street (we stayed in Room "Privata") that ruined the sleep quality. Try to ask for a room on the other side. For the price, a small breakfast could be included.
