Matilde Boutique Hotel

It was great Pros: I LOVED it!!! It's a charming boutique hotel that has thought of all the details that make it exceptional. The design, the staff, the breakfast, the location, and my room were all just the best. I don't go back to many places I've stayed but I would definitely go back to this lovely boutique hotel...and get the same room (603).

Il design, il personale, la colazione, la posizione e la mia camera erano semplicemente il massimo. Non torno in molti posti in cui ho soggiornato, ma tornerei sicuramente in questo incantevole boutique hotel... e prenderei la stessa camera (603).

Fue genial Pros: ¡Me encantó! Es un hotel boutique con encanto que ha cuidado cada detalle que lo hace excepcional. El diseño, el personal, el desayuno, la ubicación y mi habitación fueron lo máximo. No vuelvo a muchos lugares donde me he alojado, pero sin duda volvería a este encantador hotel boutique... y me alojaría en la misma habitación (603).

Ubicación perfecta y desayuno estupendo, el resto ok. Pros: La ubicación y el desayuno son geniales, la habitación es espaciosa, moderna y bonita... pero los acabados italianos, por lo que no todo es perfecto, como las puertas del baño y el inodoro, el grifo... son de calidad inferior (no cierran bien) pero muy buenos en apariencia. Cons: Habíamos pedido una habitación tranquila y nos dieron una habitación de último nivel muy agradable pero con el gran motor de ventilación vibrando y haciendo ruido permanente, cuando simplemente pedimos que nos cambiaran por algo más silencioso, la recepción fue amable pero tuvimos la impresión de ser nosotros los molestos y exigentes más allá de lo esperado diciéndonos que no es una comodidad de 5 estrellas que debería esperar por este precio ... todo el resto del personal ha sido muy agradable durante el resto de la estadía.

Perfect location and great breakfast, rest ok. Pros: Location and breakfast are great, room is spacious, modern and nice ... but Italian finishing so not all perfect like bathroom and toilet doors, faucet, ... are substandard in quality (not closing well) but very good in appearance Cons: We had asked for a quiet room and were given a very nice last level upgrade room but with the big vent engine vibrating and making permanent noise, when we simply asked to change for something quieter, reception was polite but we had the impression to be the one annoying and demanding beyond expectation telling us it's a not a 5 stars comfort you should expect for this price ... all other staff have been very nice for rest of the stay.
