Eccezionale Pros: Il personale è stato fantastico, gentile e disponibile per tutto il tempo. Non abbiamo detto nulla, ma sapevano che era il mio compleanno e hanno reso la giornata speciale. La nostra camera con balcone al secondo piano era assolutamente perfetta per il Carnevale. Cons: Niente, tutto molto bello.

Exceptional Pros: The staff was amazing, kind and helpful throughout. We didn't say anything, but they knew it was my birthday and made the day feel special. Our 2nd floor balcony room was absolutely perfect for Carnevale. Cons: Nothing, great throughout.

If you want a relaxing, do very little holiday, this is definitely the place to come to. Pros: Everything. We liked the art deco and old world charm. It was lovely and warm throughout the hotel. Service was impeccable. The room was very clean. The roof top terrace was brilliant. It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable. There were many rooms downstairs to relax in and read- there were even bookcases with books in different languages. Opposite a long sandy beach and very central shopping area. Staff were very friendly, chatty, welcoming and helpful. Cons: Nothing
