Un ottimo hotel in una zona affascinante. Pros: Posizione fantastica per visitare le attrazioni del centro storico di Napoli. Il personale dell'hotel è stato eccellente, ha fornito numerose informazioni sulla zona e anche consigli sui ristoranti. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e attento. La terrazza panoramica è stata una vera delizia inaspettata. Cons: Un po' più di spazio nell'armadio in camera da letto sarebbe stato utile, ma si trattava di un dettaglio di poco conto.

A great hotel in a fascinating area. Pros: Brilliant location for visiting sights of Naples old town. Staff at the hotel were excellent, they offered lots of information about the area and also restaurant recommendations. Staff were always available and attentive. The roof terrace was an unexpected delight. Cons: A little more cupboard space in the bedroom would have been useful, but this was minor.

Ottimo posto dove soggiornare a Napoli. Pros: Posizione fantastica, personale e servizio fantastici, direttore/concierge disponibile, colazione deliziosa, pulizia impeccabile. Cons: Le ringhiere delle scale necessitano di riparazioni.

Great place to stay in Naples. Pros: Fantastic location, great people and service, helpful manager/ concierge, loved the breakfast, very clean. Cons: Railings on stairs need repair.

A haven in the centro storico Pros: Very stylish hotel in a historic palazzo, a haven in the midst of the bustling old town. Room 205 extremely spacious and comfortable, with great attention to decor and furnishings. Exceptionally welcoming management and team. A good buffet breakfast served. Cons: More an observation: although clear instructions given, it's a bit daunting arriving in the dark. Large gates covered in graffiti and small signage But once you've crossed the courtyard and ascended to the second floor in an ancient lift, you step into a different world.
