Exceptional Pros: Beautiful place and great location Cons: Everything was perfect. We were surprisingly upgraded to a lovely room. Stunning scenery and fabulous location near to Terme Saturnia.

Overall good value, with good SPA facilities and the staff were great. Pros: View from room was wonderful towards Saturnia. Breakfast was a buffet, it was good with plenty of choice. Sauna and steam rooms were lovely. The Hot tubs were not easy to start & they lacked Oomph! The Pool was large and clean and set in a lovely garden with great views. The location was 10 minutes by car to the cascade. Cons: I didn't like that the restaurant and breakfast room were both accessed by stairs outside of the main hotel building.

Absolutely would recommend! Pros: This is a gorgeous hotel. We only stayed 2 nights and I wish it had been longer. I could have looked at that view and sunset forever! Cons: The restaurant was ok - the risotto amazing but the truffle filet was average at best.
