Cervinia – Matterhorn Apartments

Posizione perfetta direttamente sulle piste! Pros: Monolocale confortevole, ben attrezzato e tranquillo, con possibilità di sciare da e per l'appartamento, ottimo noleggio sci (vendita di skipass) e due ristoranti, tutti nello stesso edificio, e parcheggio gratuito sulla strada esterna. Cons: La pista da sci è rossa e la seggiovia accede solo a una pista nera (piuttosto facile), quindi i principianti potrebbero non trovare la posizione ideale. Il monolocale sarebbe affollato con 4 adulti, ma è perfetto per una coppia o una giovane famiglia.

Perfect location right on the piste! Pros: Comfortable, well equipped and quiet studio,skiing to and from the door, good ski rental place (selling lift passes) and two restaurants all in the same building and free parking in the road outside. Cons: The ski run in is a red and the chairlift only accesses a (fairly easy) black run so beginners might not find the location ideal. The studio would be crowded with 4 adults but great for a couple or young family.

Piacevole Pros: Il piccolo appartamento è perfetto, a dire il vero. Abbastanza caldo, lo spazio è più che sufficiente, la cucina è funzionante, il bagno è funzionale e c'è spazio per gli sci all'aperto. Si trova proprio sulle piste, quindi non dovrete faticare e, una volta parcheggiata l'auto, non dovrete spostarla ogni giorno per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici. Cons: L'unico problema che ho avuto con la struttura riguarda la restituzione della caparra di 100€ per danni. La prenotazione non ne segnalava l'esigenza, ma ovviamente stavo pagando. Tuttavia, la procedura indicava che la cauzione sarebbe stata effettivamente rimborsata il giorno successivo al check-in, ma dopo 20 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto i miei soldi e ovviamente non abbiamo causato danni o avuto problemi. Quando ho segnalato il problema con la struttura non ho ricevuto una risposta immediata e sto ancora aspettando il rimborso. Sono sicuro che l'importo mi verrà restituito, dato che ho ricevuto un'email di conferma, ma la difficoltà nel contattarli, chiedere e richiedere informazioni ha comunque reso l'esperienza nel complesso un po' spiacevole.

Pleasant Pros: The small apartment is perfect to be fair. Warm enough, space is more than enough, kitchen working, functional toilette and space for your ski outside. It’s located exactly on the slopes so you won’t really need to struggle and once you park your car you won’t need to move it everyday to get access to the ski facilities. Cons: The only issue I had with the place is about the return of the charge of 100€ as deposit for damage. Booking reservation is not reporting the needs of it but I was on paying it of course. However, the process says that the charge back was gonna be eventually made the following day of your check-Lu but after 20 days I still didn’t receive my money back and obviously we didn’t do any damage or had issue. When I flagged the problem with the property I really didn’t get a prompt response and I’m still waiting for my money back. I’m sure the amount will be returned to me as I got a confirmation email but still the struggle of contacting them, asking and requesting information made the experience overall a bit unpleasant.

Very good Cons: We have only one problem. The smoke detector disturbe us in the night, the blitz was too hell.
