Would go elsewhere Pros: The location was okay, with shops and some bars/restaurants around it, however you did have to travel into the city for better food and drinks. It was a bit of a long walk in or otherwise get the bus. Cons: The property photos do not accurately represent the property. The photos show a very furnished apartment and reception area which is not the reality. The rooms are very plain and bare, and there is absolutely nothing in the hotel reception area, and there is no reception person sitting there as you check in at a seperate hotel. Even the coffee machine photos are inaccurate, as they show a lovely coffee machine with mugs and spoons, however you actually get 2 coffee pods, paper cups and wooden stirrers for your whole trip, and they do not get refreshed even once throughout the stay (we were there for 4 days and we didn’t get more coffee once!) The a/c was also awful as we were there in the middle of summer, so this wasn’t good enough. Would look elsewhere if staying in Rome again, and would find somewhere with better location and definitely a pool if coming in peak summer time!

Great location, reasonable price Pros: The room was nice in between Termini train station and city center. Everything was clean and air conditioning was good. No noise from outside. A lot of restaurants and bars along the street. Great breakfast spot behind the building. Cons: There is no reception and you need to register in another hotel, but it was not difficult.

Pleasant Cons: the fact that I had to check in 15min away from the actual room. it is not very practical. also accessing the room is a bit of a pain, although not impossible.

Convenient location, welcoming staff, and cozy rooms. Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location. It is situated on one of the main shopping streets, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, offering authentic Italian cuisine, and both the train station and the iconic Coliseum are within comfortable walking distance. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making my stay even more delightful. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, enhancing the overall experience. I would definitely choose Hotel Regina Giovanna for my next trip to Rome again!
